  • Starting from Posture Perfect with the back of your hands on your thighs, fists closed.

  • Slowly raise your fists to shoulder height ...
  • ... then continue upwards until your arms are
    fully extended above your head, before ...

  • ... slowly lowering them again to your shoulders and back to the starting point.

  • Repeat until your arms feel slightly heavy.

  • Breathe normally throughout the action - do NOT hold your breath.
