Butt Shifting

 

  • From Chair Walking

  • gradually start to march again

  • then begin to shift your butt and march your body around to the right

  • back to centre, then to left, back to centre, etc.

  • Continue to use your toes on landing.

  • Continue until you are breathing heavier - but not out-of-breath.

  • Then slow down to Chair Walking again.
