1 Clean out your Drawer Day – get everyone in the office to donate their loose change and send us any mobile phones no longer in use.

2 Sell hearts around the office, in the canteen, outside your local shop, wherever people go at lunchtime in your area! Make someone's day, say thank you with a Happy Heart.

3 Host a heart healthy breakfast/lunch. Recipes upon request.

4 Your time is precious, create your own happy heart event. Remember someone who had a great heart
