Whether you want to:

• organise a local walk with a group
• enjoy a 5k walk by yourself or with friends 

we can send you our Big Heart Walks support pack. The pack contains t-shirts for organisers (2 for each walk) and individual walkers as well as heart balloons, information sheets on walking, posters, sponsorship cards or buckets.

 €1 for Every Kilometre Walked

Collectively we aim to walk 50,000km and raise €50,000!

Every €5 raised will go towards our special heart attack appeal fund.  By raising awareness of symptoms and prevention among men aged 40 plus we want to see more husbands, fathers, uncles, brothers and sons get to hospital quickly at the first sign of heart attack!
