High Marching

High Marching

  • From Chair Walking and

  • maintaining Perfect Posture

  • gradually begin to lift your knees higher

  • and then using your arms

  • until you are marching fairly vigorously.

  • Continue to use your toes (and not your heels) on landing.

  • Continue until you are breathing heavier - but not out-of-breath.

  • Then slow down to Chair Walking again.
