Hip Huppers

  • Starting from Posture Perfect with your arms at your side.

  • Raise your right knee, rotate your hip outwards, and lower your foot to the ground on your right side - as if lifting your leg over an object.

  • Raise your right knee again, rotate your hip inwards and return your right foot to starting point.

  • Repeat 8 times, then repeat with left leg.
