Palliative Care and HEART FAILURE Action Research The aim of this research is to devise, implement and evaluate appropriate palliative care responses for people with heart failure in primary care, acute general hospital and specialist palliative care settings.
The Mater Misericordiae Hospital (Dublin) and Connolly Hospital (Blanchardstown) have been selected as the joint site for the Heart Failure action research project.
