Serves 4
What you need:
225g/8oz strawberries
225g/8oz raspberries
225g/8oz blackberries
225g/8oz muesli
1 measure whiskey
2 small cartons low fat natural yogurt
What you do:
Wash and prepare fruits. Put fruit and ½ measure of whiskey into saucepan and cook gently for 2 minutes. Strain fruits keeping the cooking liquid. Place fruit in baking dish. Cover with muesli. Bake in a moderate oven 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for 10-15 minutes. Mix cooking liquid and remaining whiskey into yogurt Serve crumble with flavoured natural yogurt or low fat custard.
