  • Starting from Posture Perfect with your hands on your thighs, palms down.

  • Keeping your back straight throughout ...

  • ... slowly raise your right lower leg until it is parallel with the upper leg, before ...

  • ... slowly lowering to the start position again.

  • Repeat until your thigh muscles feel slightly tired - then repeat with your left leg.

  • Breathe normally throughout the action - do NOT hold your breath.
