Touching and Pushing

  • From Chair Walking

  • lift and extend your right leg, tap the heel off the floor, and return to start

  • repeat with the left leg, and continue to repeat - tapping alternate heels off the floor

  • then begin to push both arms forward in time with each foot.

  • Continue until you are breathing heavier - but not out-of-breath.

  • Then slow down to Chair Walking again.
